This is the first helmet I designed for the 2003 line and it's still available in 2004. It's called Monkeytown and it's on the Bell Amigo helmet. This helmet as well as the Raining Cats & Dogs helmet has apparently become quite scarce. I have no idea where they can be found these days. Maybe Bell Sports in Santa Cruz, CA would like to help you out!
